James Walker

James Walker is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on technology and sustainability. As Co-Founder of Centigrade since September 2023, Walker is engaged in developing an open data platform for carbon and nature markets. Currently serving as an Investor and Advisor at Zelf AI and Mage, Walker leverages expertise to enhance engagement on video platforms and improve data integration. Additional investment roles include participation in MoonPay, HIFI Labs, WiderCircle, TheGrid, and Tubular Labs. From June 2017 to May 2024, Walker provided strategic guidance as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, and briefly advised Ripple on transforming global finance. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Walker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with distinction.
