Nina Fong

Nina Fong, PHR, is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global HRIS Manager at Wieden + Kennedy since March 2019, Nina successfully deployed Workday HCM and advanced compensation systems across multiple countries in a short timeframe. Prior roles include HRIS Analyst positions at Portland Public Schools and Banfield Pet Hospital, where Nina managed technical data analysis, system functionality maintenance, and supported various HRIS implementations. With a strong background in HR compliance, benefit administration, and data accuracy, Nina also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/General Management from Portland State University.
