Christoph John

Christoph John has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Christoph is currently working as the Head of Fullfilment and Operations of Emobility- & Telco Infrastructure at Wien Energie GmbH since December 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at SMATRICS from 2014 to 2022, including Head Of Operations, Head of Sales & Operations, and Manager Customer Service. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at T-Mobile Austria in positions such as Market Manager Online & e-Transformation Projects, Senior Manager Customer Experience Management, Senior Manager Customer Feedback- and Quality Management & Deputy Head of Customer Service, and Corporate Process Manager. Additionally, they served as the Manager for New Technology and Service Introduction at T-Mobile International Austria from 2006 to 2007, and worked as an Incident Manager at T-Mobile Austria from 1998 to 2006.

Christoph John completed their education with a Master's degree in Publizistik & Kommunikationswissenschaften from the University of Vienna between 2000 and 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Internationale Betriebswirtschaft at the same university from 1997 to 2000. Christoph also holds a Matura (Ing.) degree in Nachrichtentechnik from Höhere Technische Lehranstalt, which they completed from 1992 to 1997.
