Joerg Reinold

Joerg Reinold has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Joerg started their career at IBM Deutschland GmbH in 2002, where they held the position of Integrated Account Deutsche Bank. Joerg then worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd as an EMEA Systems Solutions Sales & Competitive Sales representative in 2004. In 2006, they returned to IBM Deutschland GmbH and took on the role of Managing Consultant Strategy & Transformation, followed by the position of Managing Consultant Smarter Commerce from 2011 to 2012. Joerg then joined IBM Global Business Services Europe, where they served as a Senior Managing Consultant Smarter Commerce IOT Europe from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Leader of Business Development & Strategic Advisor at IBM until 2016. Joerg further advanced their career at IBM Global Business Services Europe & Watson IoT Munich, where they held the position of Leader Watson Accelerator & Account Partner for IBM Digital Consumer & Retail Industry from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Wienerberger AG as the Chief Information & Digital Officer since November 2017. In August 2022, they took on additional responsibilities as the SVP New Business & Ventures.

Joerg Reinold completed their education at Fachhochschule Hof, where they earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in International Management in 2006. Additionally, in 2004, they briefly studied International Business at Penn State University.
