Wifirst
Cyril Grosjean is an experienced IS Infrastructure and IT Helpdesk Manager at Wifirst since April 2017, overseeing two teams in a European ISP specializing in Wi-Fi and networking. Cyril leads the IS Infrastructure team in the development and maintenance of three private clouds in Paris, utilizing Red Hat OpenStack, Cisco ACI, and Red Hat Ceph Storage. Responsibilities include managing budgets, suppliers, and the IT Helpdesk team, which oversees various IT assets and support services. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and later President of LANA France, an association promoting gaming and esports, along with internships focused on web development and network design. Cyril holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from EPITECH and has engaged in projects related to SDN, IaaS, and multiple other technology implementations throughout a career spanning over a decade.
