Cecilie Andersen Haadem

Cecilie Andersen Haadem is a Senior Associate at the Oslo office of Wikborg Rein and is part of the firm's M&A team.

Haadem holds a master of laws from the University of Oslo, where she specialized in tax law, construction law and maritime law contracts. In addition she holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow, where she wrote her master thesis "Regulation of Institutional Investor Behaviour as a Tool for Promoting Corporate Governance in Publicly Listed Companies". She also holds a diploma as a business economist from BI Norwegian Business School.
