Nikolas Hjermind

Nikolas is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Financing practice.

He assists issuers, managers and Nordic Trustee AS on different types of bond transactions, as well as, inter alia, Norwegian and foreign banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, public and private companies and other clients in connection with financing transactions, such as acquisition financing, asset financing, project financing and refinancing.

Before joining Wikborg Rein, Nikolas worked for several years as an Auditor in EY's Shipping and Offshore department, and then as an Associate Attorney-at-law in EY's departments for M&A/Corporate and Banking & Finance.
