Alexandrea Soto

Alexandrea Soto, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and M&A transaction advisory services. Currently, Alexandrea serves as Director of FP&A at Fandom, having progressed through roles as Senior Manager and FP&A Manager since January 2021. Prior to Fandom, Alexandrea worked at RSM US LLP from May 2018 to January 2021, focusing on financial due diligence for private equity and strategic clients across tech, financial services, and consumer products sectors. Additional roles include senior positions in M&A Transaction Advisory Services at Armanino LLP and a corporate accounting position at Berkeley Research Group LLC. Alexandrea began the career in audit at Moss Adams. Education was completed at UC Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accounting.
