Felipe Azevedo Ribeiro has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2013, they started as an intern at Multisorb Technologies. In 2014, they worked as a Research Coordinator at JBS. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2020, they joined Wild Fork as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager before being promoted to Head of Technical Services in 2022.
Felipe Azevedo Ribeiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni between 2006 and 2010. Felipe went on to pursue a Master's degree in Animal Science at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2011 to 2013. Felipe then furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Food Science and Technology - Meat Science from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" from 2014 to 2017. Lastly, they completed another Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Meat Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2016 and 2020.
