WildAid
Gary Yip has a diverse work experience in the field of video production. Gary started their career as a Video Productions Intern at SF Station in March 2009 and worked there until December 2009. Gary then moved on to the San Francisco Department of the Environment, where they served as a Video Productions Intern from June 2009 to April 2010. In October 2009, Gary joined KTSF as a News Production Assistant, Assignment Desk Assistant, and News Tape Vault Librarian, and remained there until September 2010. Concurrently, they co-founded Gopher Hole Productions in October 2009, where they served as the Director of Photography and Editor until October 2010. Since June 2010, Gary has been working at WildAid, initially as a Video Producer and Video Editor, and currently as the Director of Video Production.
Gary Yip earned their Higher Diploma in Multimedia Web Development and Digital Entertainment from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi) between 2002 and 2005. Gary then pursued their AA in Liberal Arts at De Anza College from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, Gary attended San Francisco State University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their BA degree in Radio and Television.
