Jaesung You have work experience as a Senior Scientist at Wildtype starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a Research Associate/Research Scientist from June 2017 to March 2023.
Jaesung You began their education at Seoul National University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food and Nutrition and Kinesiology in 2007. During their time there, they also earned a Dietician Certificate from the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affair in Korea.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Jaesung continued their education at Seoul National University, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Food and Nutrition from 2007 to 2010.
In 2010, Jaesung You furthered their academic journey by enrolling at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Over the course of six years, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology, which they successfully completed in 2016.
Additionally, Jaesung possesses a Secondary School Teacher's Certificate (Grade II), which they acquired from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in Korea in February 2007.
