Sarah Green is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment teams and strategies across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Wiley since August 2021, Sarah heads a team responsible for recruitment in the APAC region. Prior roles at Wiley include Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where Sarah managed recruitment efforts and collaborated with business leaders on market insights and employment legislations. Sarah's previous experience includes positions at Australia Post, Lloyd Connect, Specsavers, and Rusher Rogers HR Solutions, focusing on diversity, campaign management, and client success in talent acquisition. Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from La Trobe University.
