Shaila Wong

Shaila Wong, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and higher education administration. Currently, Shaila serves as the Sr Manager for Customer Success - Americas at Wiley, having progressed through various roles within the organization since February 2019. Simultaneously, Shaila co-owns Raw Racing, LLC dba Skips Automotive since March 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Admissions at South University and a long tenure at the University of Phoenix, where Shaila held multiple leadership roles in enrollment and adjunct faculty positions. Shaila holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from the University of Phoenix, an MFA in Creative Writing from Concordia University-St. Paul, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
