Tim Burton

Tim Burton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and customer success. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sales Effectiveness at Wiley since November 2022, Tim designs and implements enablement strategies to enhance sales and customer performance while coaching sales managers and leaders. Prior to this, Tim held the role of Head of Customer Success at Madgex from April 2017 to November 2022, where the focus was on building the Customer Success department and exceeding revenue retention goals. Tim's career began at Apple, where various roles, including Business Sales Manager, emphasized sales strategy execution and team leadership. Tim holds a Master of Arts from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southampton.
