Heather Strain

Heather Strain is an experienced professional with a strong background in facility operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Residence Facility Operations at Wilfrid Laurier University since May 2011, Heather has also held the roles of Acting Manager and Coordinator in the same department. Prior to this tenure, Heather worked at Crosby Volkswagen from June 2006 to May 2011, where responsibilities included acting as a Service Advisor, generating service repair orders, scheduling appointments, and engaging in customer relations, as well as serving as a Certified Sales Consultant, excelling in sales while managing client databases and resolving concerns.
