Amir Charka

Amir Charka is a seasoned product design leader with extensive experience in managing and mentoring design teams across various industries. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Wiliot, Amir oversees a team of UX designers and collaborates with engineering teams to drive innovative solutions. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at a Stealth Startup and Product Design Manager at Soluto, where Amir coached teams and fostered skill development. Earlier work as Head of Product Design at BEES involved leading design efforts for a prominent analytics platform in the Food & Beverage industry. Additionally, Amir held positions as Product Design Manager at Leverate, Art Director at NextIn and Moblin, demonstrating a strong ability to create impactful web and mobile experiences for well-known clients. Education was completed at The Open University of Israel.
