Carolann Besler

Carolann Besler has enjoyed a long career as an entrepreneur in the child care industry. In addition to owning her own centers, she has served as past president of the NJ Child Care Association, a consultant to people who wanted to open daycare centers; past validator for the National Academy for accreditation certificate for existing child care centers; and past member of the governor's advisory council to set standards for child care centers receiving funds from the state government. Carol is a 1976 graduate of Wilkes University with a B.S. in Education. Ms. Besler became a member of the Board in 2016.
