Michael Piranian

Michael Piranian has extensive experience in soccer coaching, currently serving as the Head Soccer Coach at Wilkes University since June 2017. Prior to this role, Piranian was the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at the University of Pennsylvania from August 2014 to June 2016 and held a similar position at CMU from July 2008 to August 2014. Piranian's coaching career began as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Washington and Lee University from August 2004 to June 2008. In addition to coaching, Piranian has experience in event management with CASL and worked as a set designer at Club Med and a tour guide with Suntrek. Piranian holds a Master of Science degree in recreation, parks, and sport leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech.
