Jon Fitzke RN, BSN is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in nursing and clinical specialty, particularly in cardiac patient care. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse with Oregon Licensure at Health & Education Consultants since May 2018 and as an RN Case Manager at Willamette Valley Hospice since August 2021, Jon has held various leadership roles including Resident Care Manager at TOUCHMARK IN THE WEST HILLS, Director of Nursing at Vibra Healthcare, and Project Manager in Home Monitoring at BIOTRONIK. Jon's background also includes significant technical and clinical experience gained during tenure at Catholic Health Initiatives and Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals, where expertise in invasive cardiovascular procedures was developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and further education at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
