Felix Monterroso

Felix Monterroso serves as the Director of Engineering at Willdan since May 2014, demonstrating strong expertise in energy systems through hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and residential building energy audits, as well as HVAC and refrigeration system assessments. Notable skills include energy modeling simulation, measurement and verification, and quality control for utility programs in California. Felix held the position of President at the Tri-County ASHRAE Chapter from August 2019 to August 2021, and prior to Willdan, worked as a private tutor with Homework On Wheels from January 2011 to May 2014, providing academic support to K-12 and college students. Felix earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2010 and 2014.
