Megan Olmsted, PHRca®, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR administration and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation since March 2023, Megan previously held the position of Talent & Culture Manager at the Skoll Foundation for eight years, where responsibilities included HRIS administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include HR Operations Manager, Operations & HR Generalist, and Office Manager at JustAnswer, as well as Project Assistant at UCSF. In earlier positions, Megan worked as an Office Manager at James Caccia Plumbing and as an Executive Assistant to a VP at Layered Health Systems, contributing to significant growth in clinical trial recruitment. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from San Francisco State University and a Certificate in Facility Management from the University of Washington.
