William Blair
Basheer H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Basheer started their career in 2005 as an Implementation Engineer at DoubleClick/Abacus. Basheer then moved on to AIG in 2006, where they served as an Application Specialist. At AIG, Basheer played a strategic role in designing and developing ETL based solutions, standardized production support processes, and led a team that collaborated with both onshore and offshore teams. In 2010, they joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Vice President. During their tenure, they held various responsibilities until 2015. Currently, Basheer works at William Blair as a Lead Business Project Manager. Additionally, they are also a Volunteer Board Member/ Vice President at CHI-CARE, starting in 2021.
