Amanda Emmer has extensive experience in communications and project management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Communications & Special Projects Officer and previously as Special Projects Manager at the William Davidson Foundation since July 2018, Amanda has also held the position of Associate Director at the Wasserman Foundation from March 2011 to June 2016. Early career experience includes roles such as Program & Development Intern at the Southern California Golf Association Foundation and an internship with the Staples Center Foundation, where responsibilities included organizing ticket allocations for charities and supporting community outreach initiatives. Amanda's volunteer experience with the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and internship at Michigan State University further highlight a strong background in sports management and marketing. Amanda holds a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Sport Management & Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
