Kristian Villumsen has held prominent leadership roles at Coloplast since February 2008, serving as President & CEO, Executive Vice President of Chronic Care, and Senior Vice President. In addition to current responsibilities as a Member of the Board at Demant since March 2021, Villumsen was also a Member of the Board at Chr. Hansen A/S from 2014 to 2020, where participation included the Audit Committee as an Independent Board Member. Prior experience includes a partnership at McKinsey & Company from January 1999 to February 2008. Academically, Villumsen holds a Master in Public Policy focused on International Relations and Affairs from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Aarhus University, along with military intelligence training as a Lieutenant of the reserve.
