Lars Leth is an experienced program director currently leading a global IT security and infrastructure transformation program at Demant since June 2020. As a co-founder and managing partner at Ergo Consulting since October 2008, Lars has focused on business model development, strategy, recruitment, and management. Previous roles include associate partner at IBM, where responsibility was held for sales and delivery of global business services to Maersk Line and Maersk Logistics, and CEO of Maersk M:PROVE, an IT management company that was built into a profitable consulting firm within three years. Lars also held various positions at eNiklas, Gartner, AT&T/NCR, and Maersk Data, gathering extensive experience in consulting and management. Educational qualifications include an MA in English from Copenhagen Business School and studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard Business School.
