Sharon L. Fletcher, PhD, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as President and CEO of Birdsong Hearing Benefits and President of US Managed Care at Demant, roles held since February 2021. Previously, Sharon held positions including Special Advisor and President at Fluent Health, and President and Chief Executive Officer at CommunityCare HMO Inc. Experience also includes serving as SVP of Health Network Innovation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and Chief Administrative Officer at Noridian Mutual. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Technology from Northcentral University, an MBA in Business, Healthcare, and Finance from the University of Mary, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from LaRoche University, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Point Park University and completion of the Finance Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
