Gordon Simpson

Gordon Simpson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing information technology services across multiple regions. Currently serving as the IT Director at William Grant & Sons since August 2014, Gordon oversees the delivery of IT services for the company with teams located in the US and Asia. Previously, Gordon held the position of CIO and Business Transformation Director at the Student Loans Company from March 2011 to June 2014, leading a substantial ICT team and spearheading a significant £100m investment program. Gordon also served as CIO at ScottishPower from 2009 to 2011. Education was completed at Airdrie Academy.
