Iris Lim

Iris Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and internal auditing across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Legal Compliance Manager at William Grant & Sons since March 2021, Iris also held the role of Compliance & Controls Manager for APAC & GTR. Prior to this, Iris worked at The Adecco Group as the Group Internal Audit Manager for APAC from March 2018 to February 2021. Iris's previous roles include Senior Global Internal Auditor at Inchcape Shipping Services, Corporate Internal Auditor for APAC at 3M, and Audit Senior at Deloitte. Iris holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a minor in Chinese from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2007.
