Steve Doughty

Steve Doughty has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Project Quality Manager at William Hare Group since August 2019. Previously, Steve held key positions including Head of Projects at KANOO Engineering from March 2018 to August 2019, and Group Projects & Quality Manager at National Steel Fabrication (NSF), Orascom from July 2011 to December 2014, overseeing projects, cost control, planning, engineering, purchasing, and erection departments. Steve's career at William Hare UAE LLC spanned from September 1990 to December 2010, where roles included Projects Director with comprehensive responsibilities for all projects and the quality department, as well as serving as Project Manager.
