Olga Korpalo

Olga Korpalo is an accomplished philanthropy professional with extensive experience in donor relations and fundraising. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Major Gifts at William Osler Health System, Olga has previously held leadership roles, including Director of Philanthropy at JA Central Ontario and Senior Donor Relations Officer at CAMH, where strategic stewardship efforts revitalized donor engagement. At United Way of Greater Toronto, Olga significantly increased annual revenues through effective donor communications and engagement strategies. Earlier roles include contributions as Project Manager at Royal Dutch Shell and The De Beers Group of Companies, as well as a Research Consultant at Dignitas International. Olga Korpalo holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Public Management from the Schulich School of Business, and a PhD in Philosophy from the Institute of Philosophy, National Academy of Sciences, Ukraine.
