Trisha Patel

Trisha Patel, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner at William Osler Health System since April 2019, Trisha previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and worked as an HR Generalist at Natural Markets Food Group, where leadership was provided to multiple stores. Educationally, Trisha earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Business Communications from Ryerson University. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Support Analyst and International Peer Supporter at Ryerson University, as well as various positions in customer service and sales, showcasing a strong ability to communicate effectively, mentor others, and drive successful HR initiatives.
