Stephanie Fedoroff

Stephanie Fedoroff, CPA, SPHR, currently serves as the Interim Human Resources Director at William Penn Charter School since March 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Payroll Operations Director at The School District of Philadelphia from August 2018 to March 2022, overseeing biweekly payroll for an 18,000-member unionized workforce and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Stephanie's experience also includes serving as Operations Director at the Teacher's Health and Welfare Fund from August 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing various employee benefit programs. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from New York University.
