Prior to these roles, David worked as Operations Manager in Toronto for GLENTEL Inc. from January 1997 to January 1999 and as Manager at Bell from January 1990 to January 1997. David’s extensive experience encompasses strategic leadership and operations within First Nations owned enterprises.
