Earlier in the career, Jaime worked as an Attorney Recruiting Administrative Assistant at Cooley LLP from May 2012 to July 2014. Jaime holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northeastern University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University (2007-2012).
