Tom Pattison has extensive experience in inventory control and logistics within the motorsport industry. Currently serving as Inventory and Logistics Director at Williams Racing since January 2022, Tom has held various roles including Head of Inventory Control and Inventory Control Manager. Prior to this position, Tom worked with Haas F1 Team from November 2017 to January 2022, occupying the roles of Operations Manager and Technical Partnership Manager with Ferrari. Tom's earlier tenure at McLaren Racing spanned nearly a decade from April 2008 to November 2017, during which responsibilities included Quality Control Manager and Event Support Team Leader. Tom began navigating the motorsport arena as a Race Mechanic at David Price GP2 Team and Lister Motor Company from 2005 to 2008.
