Eileen Jackson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions at Williams Mullen since September 2014, representing a diverse clientele including developers, investors, and businesses in various legal aspects such as acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Eileen served as Editor-in-Chief for the William and Mary Business Law Review, overseeing the publication of Volume 5, Issues 1 and 2. Prior to this, Eileen gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission, contributing to audits and investigations. Eileen holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, summa cum laude, from William & Mary.
