Peyton Pratt is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, having begun studies in August 2022. Experience includes a position as a Summer Law Clerk at Williams Mullen since June 2024 and as a Summer Law Clerk at Maynard Nexsen PC from May 2023 to June 2024. Additionally, Peyton serves as the Senior Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review since June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Kirby Law LLC from May 2019 to August 2022, a Cabin Wrangler at Crossed Sabres Ranch during the summer of 2021, and a Lifeguard at Carolina Pool Management Columbia, Inc. from May 2017 to August 2019. Peyton completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wofford College in May 2021.
