Mou Debnath serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., since 2017, leading global teams in delivering exceptional digital experiences with a customer-centric approach. Previous roles include Head of Digital Product Discovery, where focus was on enhancing site search through advanced technologies, and Head of Technology Innovation, responsible for leveraging emerging technologies and fostering partnerships with venture firms. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, Mou contributed to Walmart eCommerce as a Senior Manager, driving product strategy for key acquisitions and initiatives, and held consulting roles at Cognizant, managing product development for major retail clients. Early career experience includes positions at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Mou holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
