James Excell, CMILT, MCMI, currently serves as Senior Manager of Operations Support at Williams Trade Supplies Ltd since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Site Manager at Micheldever Group, overseeing a 100,000 sqft warehouse, and Site Operations Manager at Hildon Natural Mineral Water, managing distribution and production directly under the CEO. With a background at Twinings as Interim Production Manager and various managerial positions at Lidl GB, Martin Brower, Tesco, and Hertz, James has developed expertise in operations management, team development, and logistics. A Corporal in the British Army, James is currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Professional Management at the University of Roehampton and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.

If we get a deal from a manufacturer, then it is available to all our customers. All we ask is that, if we don’t know you, you are patient whilst we verify your trade status, as we do not deal with retail customers. In both 2014, 2015 and 2016 the company was recognised by the London Stock Exchange as one of the UK’s 1000 most inspiring businesses, and was listed in Real Business Magazine’s “HOT 100″ fastest growing businesses. In 2015, the company was acquired from the Williams family by a consortium of management and staff, and most staff are now also shareholders.
