Jim Cornwell

Jim Cornwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial contracts and commodity optimization management at Williams since June 2001. Currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Contracts, Jim oversees a team of fourteen Analysts focused on Midstream Gathering & Processing and Commodity Marketing agreements, implementing standardized processes across the organization. Previously, Jim led teams managing the optimization of natural gas assets and contractual obligations, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency. Jim's career at Williams also includes managerial and senior roles in commodity optimization, planning, analysis, and financial consulting. Jim holds a B.A. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
