Kandi Wilson

Kandi Wilson serves as the HR Director of Learning & Development at Williams, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of learning and development programs, as well as leading teams focused on Talent Development, Early Career, and Enterprise Learning. Prior to this role, Kandi held positions such as Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development and Operations Supervisor. Additionally, Kandi is a Board Member at Discovery Lab (Tulsa Children's Museum) and previously served as a Board Member at Collegiate Hall Charter School. Kandi's professional background includes experience at Access Midstream in various measurement-related roles and a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Oklahoma.
