Kate Parker

Kate Parker is a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist at Williams, where responsibilities include supporting community-building initiatives through various employee-driven programs. Previous roles include Visitor Center Manager at Tulsa Botanic Garden, overseeing staff and operations for ticketing and customer service, and Development Coordinator at Camp Fire Green Country, focused on grant writing and reporting. Kate has also served as a Development Associate for the Tulsa Symphony, leading communications and data analytics projects, and as Grants Coordinator for Tulsa Ballet, managing proposals for corporate and foundation funding. Early career experiences include administrative support at Oklahoma City Ballet, handling customer service and grant applications. Kate is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Oklahoma, building on a Bachelor of Science in Dance Management from Oklahoma City University.
