Payvand Fazel

Payvand Fazel is an experienced executive in the natural gas and energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development at Williams since May 2011. In this role, responsibilities include leading teams in corporate strategy, M&A execution, and business development across various divisions, including LNG commercial development and market intelligence. Previous positions at Williams included Vice President roles in Origination and NGLs, Commodity Marketing and NGL Commercial, and NGL & Gas Marketing, where oversight included profit and loss for natural gas liquids and marketing operations. Prior to Williams, Payvand Fazel worked as a Product Manager at Flint Hills Resources and held roles in trading and marketing at ConocoPhillips. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a B.S. in Economics, both from Oklahoma State University.
