Catherine Deignan

Catherine Deignan is currently the Managing Director at WilliamsMarston. Catherine has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Ms. Deignan began their career at Schreiber and Associates as an accountant. Catherine then moved to KPMG where they spent four years as a senior associate. In 2010, they joined Citi as the Director of the Corporate M&A Accounting Policy Group Manager. Catherine remained with Citi for over 11 years before joining WilliamsMarston in February of 2022.

Ms. Deignan is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fordham University.
