Olivia Evans

Olivia brings three years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Olivia has advised clients on IPO readiness, due diligence and implementing the new lease accounting standard. Her expertise includes matters pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, inventory, restructuring, consolidations, and financial statement close processes. Olivia’s industry experience includes medical devices, real estate, consumer products and biotechnology.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Olivia worked in the audit practice of EY LLP in Boston for 2 years. While at EY, her clients included large SEC registrants and a small Real Estate partnership.

Olivia is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.
