Norman Shore

Norman is the Vice President of Operations and oversees the further integration of store operations with all corporate departments across the organization, refining their sales process to their stores via AI-driven technology, and expanding their digital monitoring and security platform. He brings more than 20 years of self-storage experience to WWG.

Prior to joining WWG, he spent two years as Vice President of Asset Management at Alpha Storage Properties, where he was responsible for the oversight of their operating platform and the performance of all assets. Before that, he served as the Sr. Managing Director at Kayne Anderson, leading the self-storage team. Shore also held several management roles with Centershift Software, a key software provider to the self-storage industry, OB Companies, and Regional Manager roles with U-Store-It and Public Storage. Norman is a graduate of Temple University with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Education.
