Brian A. Crawford

Brian A. Crawford serves as the Senior Vice President at Willis Knighton Health, the largest hospital network in north and central Louisiana, since December 2018. Additionally, Crawford is a FirstNet Board Member, contributing to the national public safety network since August 2018. From September 2017 to September 2023, Crawford held the position of Commissioner - Vice Chairman for the Louisiana State Police. Prior experience includes Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Shreveport and Fire Chief for the City of Plano, as well as various roles within the Shreveport Fire Department over a span of nearly 30 years. Crawford has also been involved in assessment teams for emergency incidents and served as an adjunct instructor at the National Fire Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from LSU Shreveport and two master's degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Management.
