Michelle del Valle

Michelle Del Valle is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compliance, and compensation reporting at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP since March 2006. Prior to this role, Michelle served as Manager for Employment, EEO, Training & Development, and Compliance at Mitsubishi International Corporation from July 1996 to November 2003, where responsibilities included managing employment practices and executing a global management training program in collaboration with prestigious universities. Michelle holds a B.S. in Organizational Development from Fordham University and additional education from Hunter College.
