Cameron Poluszek began their career in 2001 at GSK as an Associate Brand Manager and later a Brand Manager. In 2007, they moved to Darden Restaurants as a Brand Manager and then to Heinz in 2008 in the same role. In 2011, they returned to GSK as a Marketing Director, responsible for the Oral Health, Skin Health and Lip Care businesses at Kroger. Cameron then became Marketing Director, Respiratory Health & Pain Relief and later Global Marketing Director, Sensodyne Pronamel. In 2021, they were appointed Vice President Marketing, North America at Blistex Inc., responsible for a portfolio of leading brands across the US and Canada. Cameron is currently Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Willo, beginning in 2022.

Cameron Poluszek obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
