Lacy Garcia

Lacy Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Willow, a wealthtech platform designed to enhance financial advisors' acquisition, growth, and retention strategies with a focus on women, NextGen, and underrepresented groups. With a diverse background in leadership roles, Lacy served as a contributing writer for Forbes Finance Council and was a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Lacy's previous positions include Female Founder Fellow at The Capital Network, Board Member at Tecogen Inc., Managing Director at Babson College where strategic initiatives were led, and Vice President roles at Deltec and Weber Shandwick, where marketing, communications, and client relationship management were emphasized. Lacy holds an MBA from Simmons University, an MS in Education from Hunter College, and a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
